Hello Ruby!

 Welcome back to my blog! Today we will learn about Hello Ruby and to use it to educate about computational thinking.  But first... What is Hello Ruby ? Hello Ruby is the world's most whimsical way to learn about computers, technology and programming. The story started with a book, and now Ruby continues her adventures in exercises, activities and videos. It’s suited for kids age 5 years and older (but even adults might learn something new). This is a link which give us some information about the social emotional development in kids on different ages. It is very important because to teach about feelings we have to understand them better, and it’s process on kids. It explains a little about kids feelings and emotions. Also, it is Creative Commons Attribution and we can share the work following their rules.

In this power point we can see a lesson as a reference of what to teach kids about feelings. It is available under the CC Attribution BY-SA 3.0 which means that you can share and adapt but following its terms.

I used these because the three of them give us a very important and significant information about teaching our kids feelings. In the blog we can find a lot of information of the topic. Also, this information will help the teachers or parents to understand better the meaning of teaching feelings. On the other hand, we have the power point presentation which will show us an example of  a lesson on the topic Both of them very relevant to the topic. These examples will help us to develop our didactic unit. 

And of course our image of a little girl laughing supports the information.
